Bryggermesterbrød - Brød med mask - Brewmasterbread - bread with spent grains


Siden vi flyttet til Norge baker jeg brød til familien selv. 
Nesten alltid med surdeig av rugmel.
Ektemannen brygger øl hele dagen lang. 
Så var det klar at vil lage en brød med mask sammen, selvsagt av surdeig.
Det trengte litt tid, men nå er det en veldig fin brød! Nam!
Enda bedre med øl istedenfor vann i...

Since we have moved to Norway I am baking all bread by my self. 
Most of time with sourdough. 
As my husband is brewing all day long
 it was at the time to do a bread with spent grain with sour dough. 
We once tried one in Germany many years ago.
It took some time but now it is a very nice recipe. I love it!
And - of course - it is better with beer in it than with water...
